Nominate for the 2026 Awards

Thank you for taking the time to submit a nomination. If your candidate, team or school is selected as a finalist, they will be invited to attend the Isle of Wight Sports Awards at the Medina Theatre on Thursday 25 February 2027.

• You can nominate an individual, a team or club, or a school.
• To be eligible for a Sports Award, candidates must be island residents, play for an island sports club, or have originally come from the island.
• Nominations are open from Monday 31 August 2026 and close on Sunday 8 November 2026.
• Sporting achievements must fall within 1 September 2025 to 5 September 2026 to reflect the sporting calendar. Please do not include achievements outside this date range.
• While we recommend submitting your nomination in one go, we have added a save and return feature this year. If you save and return you will be prompted to set up a Jotform account and verify your email address. Your incomplete form is then saved in drafts.
• Your nomination must include a good quality photograph of the candidate or candidates. You will be asked to upload a picture at the end of the form. Your nomination is not complete until this has been done.
