Award Categories
There are three types of nomination. Choose the one that fits, then select the most relevant category on the form.
Age related categories
The candidate's age should be their age on 31 August 2026.
Junior: up to age 11 (reception year to year 6)
Intermediate: ages 12 to 18 (years 7 to 13)
Senior: 19 or over
Individual categories
- Junior Boys, Junior Girls, Junior Disability
- Intermediate Boys, Intermediate Girls, Intermediate Disability
- Senior Men, Senior Women, Senior Disability
- Masters Men, Masters Women, Masters Disability
- Coach, Club Volunteer, Club Official
- Making a Difference, Community Award, Outstanding Commitment
Team categories
- Junior Team
- Intermediate Team
- Senior Team
- Disability Team
School award
Open to Primary and Secondary Island schools that achieve the most beyond the PE National Curriculum.
Service to Sport and Lifetime Achievement
The winners of these awards are decided by the adjudication panel. Please nominate any worthy candidates for the Making a Difference award and the panel will consider them for both categories.
